Electrical Manager
A Electrical manager is required for a leading M&E contractor with a turnover in excess of GBP100m. Our client have won a new project in Hammersmith which will require a Electrical Manager to join the team to run the fit out of the apartments. The project value is GBP12m M&E
We are looking for a electrical manager who has previously worked on residential projects. This is an immediate start but we are willing to wait a notice period of 4 weeks for the right candidate.
The Electrical Site Manager Duties are:
* To ensuring the company Health and Safety is adhered to along with the provision of all necessary H&S documentation
* Commissioning Meetings
* Site Setup of CDM
* Tools Box Talk
* Commissioning
* Method Statements
* Management of Subcontractors
* Manage and coordinate the site-based resources to deliver the project.
* Ordering materials and organization of work.
* Producing timesheets for team members
* Planning and organizing projects
* Planning and scheduling resources to meet project goals
* RFI
* Tech Subs
