Parker Jones Group is currently recruiting for a Community Engagement Coordinator on behalf of a National Maintenance Contractor.
The Community Engagement Coordinator will be required to:
* Understand community investment commitments for all existing and new clients
* Utilise the 'Client Commitment Tracker' for all clients to ensure we achieve our targets
* Log all activities and communication on the Community Investment Database
* Attend contract pre-start and progress meetings where applicable • Utilise resident profiling data provided by clients to create bespoke and relevant community communication and activity plans
* Where profiling data isn't provided, conduct community profiling exercises to ensure all community communication and activities are relevant
* Advice branch where applicable on any changes required to our standard resident communication plans
* Attend Resident Meetings to understand specific community investment requirements
* Conduct resident consultations where applicable
* Meet with residents and end users with specific and individual needs • Deliver innovative activities in line with client commitments and community needs
* Develop Community Integration in and around areas of work • Develop and manage client relationships
* Produce client specific activity reports
* Develop relationships with third party organisations, charities and social enterprises (to be agreed by Community Investment Manager)
* Achieve personal and group Community Investment targets
* Work closely with BDM to maximize opportunities
