Role: HR Generalist
Location: Plymouth
Salary GBP28,000 DOE & Benefits
CCA are recruiting for a reputable and fast paced organisation with several sites across the UK and Europe for an experienced HR Generalist. Working as part of an established senior leadership team you will develop and implement the company's HR strategy.

Responsibilities of the HR Generalist role:
Working within the HR Team
You will be leading on an exciting project for Employee Experience
Working alongside L&D in upskilling managers in the contact centre business
Day to day providing guidance on Employee relations queries and taking ownership on
Support operational teams
Give guidance and coaching to management teams and encourage managers to make effective people decisions.
Provide advice on all aspects of company policy, best practice, employee relations and employment law.
Knowledge and Experience to be successful in this HR Generalist role:
Experience in a HR Generalist position in a fast paced environment
People development and performance management.
Must be well organised with good project management and strategic planning abilities.
