The Business Connection are searching for a highly motivated and hardworking Sales Support Coordinator to join our client's modern, open plan fantastic office, located in the Chester area. If you have experience working with customers and have great customer service gained from the hospitality, retail, or office environments, this may be the next position for you!

As the Sales Support Coordinator, you will provide exceptional administrative support to an external sales team by assisting with writing sale adverts, trade transfers, sending marketing emails and other ad-hoc duties. In this role, you will work closely with the marketing, operations and sales management team. You will assist with delivering excellent customer service whilst dealing with incoming enquiries from our customers in a prompt manner.

The working hours for this position are Monday to Friday 9am-5.30pm (no weekends), hybrid working - 3 days from home and 2 days from the Chester HQ.

You will be rewarded with 25 days holiday plus Bank Holidays, company pension, inhouse benefit platform and ongoing training. This client also has free parking onsite.

Duties include:

• Dealing with customer queries promptly

• Composing stock lists ensuring correct pricing / campaigns are adhered to

• Selecting products to go for sale on certain days and promoting such products to your own small portfolio

• Managing a small account pool with daily and weekly catch-up calls

• Sending key data and reports to clients and suppliers

• Accurately processing sales onto inhouse systems

• Updating prices, changing relevant descriptions and price checking sales for errors

• Update any changes in customer contacts on internal system

• Provide any important market feedback to internal team

Must have skills:

• Confident on the telephone speaking with customers and Account Management

• Attention to detail

• IT skills - Excel would be highly advantageous
