Working for an award winning, ambitious fast-growing company based in Needham Market in newly built open plan offices and warehouse. The working environment is friendly, informal, and busy.
This organisation is primarily an International Trading company exporting a wide variety of automotive parts, performance motorsport components, vehicles, and equipment. Most of the work involves providing the highest possible level of service to customers mainly based in Asia and the Caribbean.
The Job:
The role is primarily managing existing accounts and working on the development of new opportunities.
Typical activities within this role include:
* Dealing with day-to-day sales enquiries from new and existing customers
* Negotiating and liaising with suppliers on price and order progress
* Maintaining and developing relationships with existing customers
* Conducting research to gather market and customer information to contribute to our business expansion work.
The scope for this role is wide; the successful candidate could be an exceptionally bright graduate looking for their first role or a more experienced person seeking a new challenge. As you will be dealing with management level decision makers and company owners you will need excellent communication, interpersonal and organisational skills. You will need to be motivated, have a good eye for detail, a 'hands on' approach and the ability to anticipate likely problems. The company's success is dependent on giving a fast, professional but personal service.

The company's office hours are 8:45 am to 5:30 pm, Monday to Friday. Paid holiday is 22 working days p.a. (increasing to 23 days after 3 years) plus public holidays.
