Our client is a Financial Services based business and due to growth within the business are looking to recruit an Administrator / PA to join a team providing support for three Wealth Management Consultants. Training and support will be provided from a team of experts.
Key responsibilities for the Administrator:
* Diary Management (liaising directly with clients).
* General Administration (policy amendments, address changes, withdrawals, fund switches, trust registration documents, deceased clients).
* Liaising with and gathering data from third parties.
* Monitoring activities and keeping all parties (Clients/Wealth Management Consultants) updated accordingly.
* Maintaining and updating client records on Salesforce.
Location: Thorpe Park, Leeds
Package: GBP25,000 plus (dependant on experience), Company pension, Private Medical Insurance, Life cover and a half-yearly performance related bonus
Candidate profile:
* Experience of working in the Financial Services sector in an Administration/PA capacity is essential.
* Understanding of Financial Services products (Life, Pensions, Investments and Bonds).
* Excellent practical understanding of Microsoft office packages.
* Financial Services qualifications are beneficial.
* Salesforce knowledge is beneficial (training will be provided)
