Our client has almost 200 years' experience in managing and selling their customers' properties and assets. After a series of successful acquisitions, the company is continuing to expand, and they're now looking to hire a Trainee Property Manager to help them tackle their growing client list!
This is the perfect opportunity to move in to the world of property management and learn from some of the best in the business. You don't need to have previous property management experience, just top-notch customer service skills and a willingness to learn.
Here's what you'll be up to:
Reference checking prospective tenants
Ensuring all legal compliance issues are sorted
Creating tenancy agreements
Negotiating tenancy renewals and rent changes
Solving all maintenance issues in line with the landlord's directionsOur client loves to take care of their staff, and actively promotes an environment that encourages and supports personal growth and development. Alongside a starting salary of GBP21K, they offer 25 days holiday, Christmas shutdown that's not deducted from your allowance, and financial assistance towards your training.
