Responsibilities:
Owning Individual performance and development contributing to achieve KPI's set by the business.
Provide coaching and feedback to Completions Assistants and Team Leaders.
Maintain accurate records of issues and reoccurring themes to feedback to Team Leaders
Support, motivate and encourage the team to achieve department KPIs and group objectives.
Ensuring internal and external SLAs are met.
Identifying any potential vulnerability indicators and following company policy.
What we are looking for:
Experience in a similar role within a financial service regulated lending environment.
Good organisational and time management skills.
Excellent attention to detail
Desire to provide excellent customer service.
Ability to positively contribute to a team.
Ability to self-motivate and use own initiative to achieve individual target.
Excellent written and oral communication skills.
Good questioning and investigative techniques.
Strong computer literacy including working experience on Microsoft Office.
Package:
You will be offered a great starting salary, which includes a 20% monthly bonus.
