Here at Kerry Collins we are currently recruiting for a Field Service Engineer for our client based in Walsall, West Midlands.
The successful candidate will need:
Electrical/Mechanical background
Full UK driving licence
Experience in installation (not essential)
Knowledge of Electrics (Ideally 17th edition IEE wiring regulations)
Site working:
Ensure work is undertaken in line with specific method statements, risk assessments and relevant safety legislations.
Installation/ de-installation and maintenance/servicing of HVAC Rental Equipment
Carrying out routine maintenance, breakdowns, installs both within and out of normal working hours.
To initiate and develop effective business relations with new and existing customers
To liaise and work effectively with the sales and operations
Depot working:
Carrying out routine maintenance on associated temperature control equipment
Refurbishment of units in the depot - clean, paint, repairs, depot audits compliance, paperwork and maintaining the depot / equipment to a good standard
Attending and contributing to depot / production meetings and briefings as necessary
