Our client, an innovative and creative brand in the financial services sector, have an exciting new opportunity for a Talent Acquisition Specialist for an initial 9 month FTC. In this role, you will be responsible for providing an effective, proactive end to end resourcing service to the business. This is both a tactical and delivery role with the opportunity to inform strategy.
Key Responsibilities for the Talent Acquisition Advisor will include:
* Developing innovative candidate attraction and sourcing strategies using a variety of tools (including job boards, CV mining, social media, market mapping, headhunting and other sourcing channels).
* Accurately and effectively tracking recruitment requirements and campaigns.
* Ensuring a positive and timely candidate experience is delivered throughout all stages of the resourcing process.
* Advising and developing appropriate selection strategies. Supporting Managers to develop interview questions and testing/assessments appropriate for each role and supporting with face to face interviews.
* Conducting initial screening/qualification calls, to develop appropriate candidate short-lists to present to Hiring Managers.
Skills and experience:
* Proven experience in full-cycle resourcing (either agency or in-house).
* Demonstrable experience in using a variety of tools/channels to directly source candidates (including LinkedIn Recruiter).
* Experience in managing end to end recruitment campaigns (from entry level to specialist, mid to senior level).
* Ability to effectively prioritise workload in a fast-paced environment.
* Experience of using Applicant Tracking Systems.
* Excellent communication skills, with the ability to adapt style based on audience.
* A related recruitment industry or human resources qualification is desirable (egCIPD, MIRP).
