Recruitment Researcher - Exeter - Circa GBP18,000 plus benefits & commission
We recruit in the construction-built environment with an extra emphasis on Architecture and design engineering. We are offering you the chance to be part of our business which puts an emphasis on creating a long-term, enjoyable and giving workplace with other focus' on giving back to the community and the environment.
This is an entry level position into recruitment, you will be provided with full training and support while working closely with a Director in the business who will be your mentor. External training courses also available for your development and regular CPD encouraged.
We will give you an introduction to recruitment, giving you an understating of the full process. You will learn how to operate in a busy sales environment as well as other secondary aspects of the business such as social media and marketing. This role provides a gateway into a full Recruitment Consultant role and the next future leaders of the business.

The Role: - Recruitment Researcher
Source and qualify candidates.
Provide marketing and social media support (update pages, produce graphics etc)
Arrange interviews.
Lead generating
Write attractive adverts & marketing material The salary for this position ranges from GBP17,000-GBP19,000 (DOE) and we offer many perks in the company and office, listed below but not limited to:-
30 days holiday
