We are currently representing an award-winning Architectural Practice based in Nottingham that is actively seeking an Architectural Technician / Technologist to join their team. This is an excellent opportunity for an Architectural Technician / Technologist to develop their career within a well-established, talented team.
Our client specialises within the Commercial and Leisure sector so they are ideally seeking an Architectural Technician / Technologist with professional experience within these sectors. Projects that the successful Architectural Technician / Technologist will be involved with will be small to large scale and will go up to GBP30 million in value. Key responsibilities will include preparing and reviewing architectural drawings, high quality technical drawing packages, working closely with clients as well as ensure projects are completed to a high standard. The Architectural Technician / Technologist will be using Revit on a daily basis so professional experience with this software is essential.
This Architectural Practice prides themselves on the service they provide to their clients. The successful Architectural Technician / Technologist will be expected to have previous client facing experience as well as excellent communication skills.

Working on a range of developments within the Commercial and Leisure sector
Prepare and review architectural drawings
Create high quality technical drawing packages
Work closely with clients
Conduct site meetings
Use Revit on a daily basis
Architectural Technician / Technologist Position Requirements
Living in or around the Nottingham area
Excellent knowledge of UK Building Regulations
Relevant Degree Qualified; minimum 2 years professional experience
Client facing experience
Experience within the Leisure and/or Commercial sector
Highly motivated with an excellent work ethic
Professional experience with Revit; Essential
Excellent communication skills

Competitive salary (GBP25,000 - GBP40,000 DOE)
