Air Import Clerk
Savanna Staff Solutions are delighted to be seeking an Air Import clerk for our brand-new prestige big pharma client in Feltham Middlesex.
Our client is a world leader in the pharma-industry and require an experienced Air Import clerk for the following role:
Specialist clearances involving The Home Office, DEFRA, CITES, Port Authorities and BIP etc
Close managing and monitoring of shipment specific requirements including temperature
control Licensing and Vet inspections
Customs clearances involving numerous customs procedures through CHIEF/CDS utilising
software applications like Sequoia, CNS and the adoption of the new Customs system of CDS"
If you are an experienced Air Import clerk with excellent experience in air freight and all the relevant customs and software procedures, please only apply if you have the following attributes:
Thorough understanding of the customs procedures & freight forwarding
Prior experience using relevant industry software platforms & Excellent IT skills with an ability to take on new concepts
Excellent focus, attention to detail with exceptional organisation in compliance
Experience of pharmaceutical or other time critical and temperature sensitive shipments
