Nursery Manager
Hours: 40 hours p/w
Location: Redhill
Our client is looking for a Nursery Manager with strong leadership skills, to continue to drive this 'Outstanding' Ofsted Nursery setting. To be able to meet all challenges head on with a passionate attitude to achieve the best for all the children's individual needs.
Nursery Manager: Level 3 or above - Paying up to GBP50,000.00K pa

- DBS certificate (clean criminal record)
- Experience in running a busy setting (100 + space setting)
Overview:
The role of the Nursery Manager is to provide professional leadership and management of the nursery, to effectively manage the day-to-day running of the nursery and to deliver the highest standards of care and education.
You will hold:
* A full and relevant qualification in Early Years at Level 3 or above.
* Understand and ensure the requirement of the EYFS and Ofsted are met.
* Have experience of working in a busy nursery setting in a management position.
You need to achieve:
* High standards of care and education.
* Compliance with regulatory requirements.
* Staff who feel supported in their roles.
* Targets for revenue and costs.
