Our client based in Wokingham is looking to recruit a Bilingual Italian/English Speaking Customer Service Agent. This is an full time, ongoing temporary role, working from home. The successful candidate will be responsible for outbound calls to customers, dealing with email queries and providing accurate information in an efficient and timely manner.
