We are excited to be assisting a multi-award-winning medical company in their search for a Customer Service Administrator!
Do you pride yourself on providing outstanding customer service?
Do you have experience in organising a busy work load, problem solving and assisting with a high volume of customer queries?

Key responsibilities will include:
Being the first point of contact for customer queries
Answering a high volume of calls and responding to emails
Processing patient referrals on the bespoke system
Meeting and greeting patients
Providing a high level of administrative support To be successful for this role you will need:
Previous administration and customer service experience
Excellent communication & organisation skills
To be a team player
