18 Recruitment are looking for to hire a administrative all-rounder to support our Building management solutions company.

The role is to work in the mechanical division, based in Basildon, Essex.

You will support the Administration function of the Design, Projects and, Estimating Department as required, showing versatility, professionalism, and focus.

The Role:

• Support the Mechanical & Operations Team with all administration and coordination duties.

• Maintain project files.

• Update internal databases & portals with costs and queries.

• Organise the installation planner for projects and liaising with customers • Assist Scheduling Team

• Support further departments as and when required with administration and organisation tasks.

• Work with the project team to produce estimates following service visits About you: We are looking for someone with a proactive approach, excellent interpersonal skills and a desire to provide a first-class service for our customers.

The ideal candidate will have:

• Excellent administration and computer skills

• Able to produce documents to a high specification and have significant experience of manipulating data using Microsoft Excel and other appropriate packages.

• Customer focused with the ability to resolve customer queries

• Analytical in approach with experience of reports, and attention to detail

• Be capable of working effectively under pressure in a deadline driven environment

• Professional with excellent communication, admin and people skills.

• Strong organisational skills.

• The ability to handle multiple priorities with a structured approach.

• Self-motivated, proactive, enthusiastic.

• The ability to work independently and a desire to learn.
