What does it take to join our team?
It's about how you work with the Head Chef and get to know our menus inside out, from our legendary breakfasts to pub classics. From health, safety and hygiene, to every sensational plate of food you put your name to. So, if you've worked in a busy kitchen team before, maybe as a back- or front-griller, a line chef or a chef de partie, that's ideal.
