Do you ideally have some office experience (2-3 years) and competency with Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook) and have had some experience using / entering data in databases? If so, this company secretariat assistant role based within a friendly chartered surveyors in the Fareham, Hampshire area may really suit you!

You will be working from 9-5 and you will be reading legal documents such as leasehold and freehold documents, memorandum, articles of association, deeds of covenant etc. Training provided

This company may also consider 30 hours a week

Salary up to GBP25,000

Duties of the company secretariat administrator role in Fareham will include:

Responsible for seeking to enhance the client relationship, to communicate with Property Managers and have telephone communication from Solicitors / Clients and Property Managers

Demonstrate compliance with all procedures

Maintain Registers on designated software PTP Share Register

Incorporate Companies when required and appoint Directors and Company Secretaries

File Confirmation Statements and change registered offices

Complete Notice of Assignment / Transfers / Charge / Deed of Covenants / Certificates of Consent for Land Registry

Produce Share / Membership Certificates on PTP Share Register

Complete an assignment on bespoke software Qube

Oversee and maintain income levels on the portfolio.

Knowledge, skills and experience required for the company secretariat administrator role in Fareham include ideally
