Service Administrator - Stewartby
8AM-5.30PM Monday to Friday
GBP25-27K depending on experience
The position requires an experienced individual with excellent communication skills who is customer focused, self-motivated with a desire to go that extra mile.
As well as being experienced in administration you will need to have a good basic knowledge of Microsoft Word, Outlook and Excel.
Main Duties
Logging new work.
Updating records on to the company IT database.
Accurately dispatching of jobs and diary management for Engineers.
Raising accurate invoices reflecting the completed works.
Dealing with queries by phone and email from customers in a professional and appropriate manner.
Any other ad-hoc tasks as they arise
Knowledge/experience/skills required
Courteous, helpful and professional telephone manner
The job role requires a proactive and problem-solving approach
Computer literacy is essential (Word, Excel and Outlook)
Organised
Reliable
Able to work to deadlines
Excellent time management and organisational skills
Empathetic and friendly nature
