Assystem is an International Engineering Consultancy with significant growth plans within our Energy & Infrastructure business here in the UK. Assystem is proud to work in partnership with one of the UK's most prestigious nuclear defence manufacturing companies by providing talented temporary resource needed to deliver complex engineering projects.

Assystem are recruiting for an experienced Technical Administrator to work on our customers site in Derby on a contract basis.

Role Details:
Job title: Technical Administrator
Location: Raynesway, Derby

Hours: 37 hours per week
Duration: December 2022
Contract type: PAYE via Umbrella

Key Accountabilities include but are not limited to:

Creating meeting packs, adding data to computer programmes
Supporting regulatory visits, data gathering, document review and amendment
Action administration and general support to the Safety Function.
Measures of success will include timely accurate production of meeting packs, minimal backlog of data entry, smooth regulatory visits and effective action management.

What we are looking for in applications:

Able to demonstrate responsibility for timely completion of regular tasks
Possess an ability to be fully conversant with IT packages including Microsoft Word, Outlook, PowerPoint and Excel
Knowledge of SAP and COUPA (desirable)
Good communication skills
Attention to detail
Ability to take minutes.**Security clearance**
This role requires the successful candidate to hold a minimum of a Security Check (SC) clearance without any caveats to that clearance.
Due to the nature of work this role will be delivering and for the protection of certain assets, the successful candidate has to be a UK national or in MoD approved cases a Dual National from a non-ITAR country
