Salary: GBP50,000 - GBP60,000 + Package
The Company:
I'm recruiting for a Site Manager on behalf of a long-standing and well-known Construction Company based in East Anglia. Due to organic growth this company is looking for an experienced Site Manager to permanently join their residential team.
Role:
The successful Site Manager will join the companies strong residential team working on social housing and new build homes. This is a full-time permanent position within a well-respected and financial stable company.
Duties:
* Supervise and adequately run a construction site
* Management of the construction programme
* Management and delegation staff and performance
* Support and monitor HSE implementation
* Cost Control - monitoring
* Inspection reporting
* Working with an Assistant Site manager
Candidate:
* Solid experience working on residential new builds
* Social housing experience (beneficial)
* Minimum of 4 years Site Management experience
* SMSTS, First Aid & CSCS
* Reliable & Trustworthy
