Our client, a bespoke house builder are looking to recruit an ambitious Assistant Site Manager to join a new site due to start in the North of Cornwall. My client prides themselves on creating a quality, luxurious build, and ensuring each and every detail is to the highest standard.
Key Responsibilities:
* Assisting the Site Manager in the supervision and co-ordination of all sub-contractors and directly employed staff
* Working closely with the Site Manager to successfully drive production in line with programme and ensuring highest standards of quality and health and safety at all times
* Deputising for the Site Manager on occasions
* Carrying out tool box talks
The candidate:
* A proven track record in house building at a similar level would be advantageous
* Assistant Site Managers with internal finishing's experience will be advantageous.
* Knowledge of modern construction methods, processes and current health and safety legislation
* Strong organisational and communication skills are also required
* SMSTS, CSCS and FAW are essential
