Salary:GBP15.38 plus Veolia benefits.
Hours:45 + 9 h overtime every other Saturday, Monday to Friday 06:45 - 16:45 and every other Saturday 06:45 - 16:45

Annual Leave:25 days + 2 Saturdays

What will you be doing?

Drive any vehicle supplied by Veolia within your license, having received relevant training.
Carry out and complete daily vehicle checks and daily defect books as instructed
Ensure that the vehicle is in a roadworthy condition and report any defects to the Supervisor or Manager immediately.
Be responsible for ensuring that the vehicle is kept clean and tidy both inside and out at all times.
Ensure that all loads are safe and secure by using sheeting systems provided as well as using any fall arrest systems for access to get up, down and on top of the trailers.
Report any accidents or incidents that occur during the shift immediately to theSupervisor or Manager and ensure that the relevant accident/incident report is completed and submitted for investigation.
Ensure that all road traffic rules and regulations are adhered to at all times and that all parking restrictions are observed.
Ensure the correct completion and submission of tachograph / Digi cards uploads as per the company policy and procedures.
Adhere to all company health and safety policies and procedures.
Once driving duties are completed to assist with any other duties as directed.
Follow all reasonable instructions given by your Manager or Supervisor.
Be required to work from outbased sites as required.
Abide by all site rules and regulations at all sites visited
Alway wear the correct PPE and uniform required

What are we looking for?

Class 1 experience is essencial
Up to date CPC / Digi card
A can do attitude and strong time management skills are also key.
