Your new role
The IT Support Desk Analyst will be???
* Provide technical support (1st line) through requests and escalate where appropriate
* Manage all requests, monitoring queues in line with SLA'S
* Build rapport through customers with great communication
What you'll need to succeed
To be successful within this IT Support Desk Analyst role, you will have skills and experience with:
* At least 2 yrs experience working in 1st line/help desk support
* Excellent customer service
* Self-motivated attitude, great communication skills and ability to work within a team
What you'll get in return
As the IT Support Desk Analyst you will be paid an annual salary of up to GBP22k. In addition to this, you will be entitled to???.
