My client is offering an exciting opportunity for an ambitious HR Administrator. The role offers a lot of scope for personal progression including the ability to influence HR policy as the company strive to review current practices.
Location: Milton Keynes
Salary: GBP25000 - GBP28000
Hours of work: 8.30 - 5pm. After a 3 month probationary period, there is an option of hybrid working
Benefits: Professional training including CIPD level 3 and Health and Safety accreditation
The Job
Assisting higher-level HR staff with the hiring process
Setting up recruitment and training events
Answering any employee inquiries
Creating staff handbooks and newsletters
Coordinating logistics for new hire orientations
Updating employee holiday and sickness records
The Person
Minimum of 1 years' experience in an HR setting
The ability to work well with others
Active listening skills
Organisational skills and detail-oriented mentality
Strong communication and customers service skills
Interpersonal skills
Thorough attention to detail
Familiarity with applicant tracking database systems
Knowledge of human resources and employment law
Self-confidence and a natural 'ideas person' who is eager to create change
Socially sophisticated individual who feels confident to communicate at any level of seniority within the business
