Our client, a new start up business dealing with internet connectivity is looking to recruit a Technical Support Advisor to work in their Spalding office, although there is some capability to work from home for part of the week.
This role is focused on supporting customers with technical enquiries; predominantly related to performance in the home. It provides a layer between our front line customer service team and our second line Network Operations Centre, to assist with technical queries, including a focus on supporting and optimising the customers Wi-Fi set up.
This role is predominately desk based but there may be requirement to attend customer property with our engineering team to support with in home set up - hours of work will be shift based with weekend working expected.
You will be required to work quickly and precisely to help our customers, building good rapport, delivering strong customer satisfaction scores.
Skills
• A natural aptitude to work in a technical environment with a good understanding of the latest in-home technology including Wi-Fi and smart home set-up
