My client a well established housing association currently require a Part P Plumber to work in the reactive team to carry out maintenance and repair work within occupied and void.
You will be required to diagnose, repair and rectify plumbing issues and work on electrical showers within occupied social housing properties in the West London area.
I am ideally looking for someone with experience of working within social housing sector and either be time served or have a relevant qualification in plumbing but you will require a part P qualification or equivalent.
This role will involve dealing with tenants on a daily basis so candidates must have a high level of customer service.
This is a Permanent role where you will receive a company van, fuel card, parking and options for bonus and options for call out.
