Up to GBP31,305 per annum, pro rata
Our client is seeking to appoint a dynamic and self-motivated individual to the role of Lecturer in CIPD. This is an exciting opportunity to join an expanding area of the curriculum, which boasts excellent learner success and achievement. The role will involve teaching on their CIPD Human Resources programme at Level 5 & Level 7. They would also be happy to talk to experienced HR practitioners who would like to move into the education sector and are willing to work towards a teaching qualification.
You will have a passion for high standards, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with proven experience of providing outstanding support for learners.
The successful candidate must:
* Have recent industry experience in the HR sector and be up to date with employment legislation and regulations.
* Relevant teaching or training experience within the HR Sector (experience of teaching the CIPD curriculum is desirable)
* Hold a Level 7 Advanced Diploma in HRM
* Have a degree level qualification or equivalent
* Hold a full teaching qualification or equivalent (desirable)
* Have GCSE English and Maths (A*-C)
