We have a fabulous opportunity to join a very strong, motivated and happy kitchen at a well-known, award-winning 3 AA Rosette, 4-Star Country House Hotel in Devon.
You will be trained by one of the country's rising stars; the team having just won their third coveted AA Rosettes.
The successful candidates will have spent at least 12 months in a busy kitchen. However, attitude is more important than experience.
We're looking for talented chefs from Chef-de-Partie up to Sous chef level.
Role
You will work as part of a team of 7 chefs to deliver innovative and high-quality menus, with food made from scratch in-house using locally sourced, fresh ingredients for a fine-dining restaurant. We hope next year also to begin to source ingredients from the clients own kitchen garden.
What we're looking for
We're looking for someone who is driven, energetic, capable and ambitious. Someone with a passion for food and a desire to push their own boundaries to be the best they can be.
Full training will be given.
This is a great place to work under a talented head-chef in a very popular restaurant that will go places!
Ideally, you will need your own transport as the restaurant is not on a bus route.
Shifts will be 4 days on and 3 days off
