Package and Benefits of a Customer Administrator:
Salary: GBP20,000 - GBP23,000 per annum
Location: Weston-super-Mare
Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 am - 5:00 pm
Contract: Permanent, 37.5 hours
Free parking
No weekend working
Responsibilities of a Customer Administrator:
Providing efficient and effective services to customers
Liaising with internal and external customers and resolving any queries
Delivering administrative and telephony support
Listening to customers with care and empathy
Skills and Requirements of a Customer Administrator:
Experience in a customer focused administrative / office environment
Empathetic nature with the ability to handle emotional customers with care and efficiency
Sound knowledge of Microsoft Office, primarily Outlook, Excel, and Word
Great communication skills, both verbal and written
Exceptional organisation and attention for detail
A positive and hardworking attitude!
