THE LOCATION: Watford / hybrid working (Working 3 Days in the office and 2 Days from home)
HRS OF WORK: 8am to 5pm, Monday to Friday
The Role:
Working as part of a HR Team, this is a brand new role due to expansion.
In this HR support role you will mostly get involved in any generalist HR Admin tasks including dealing with all of the admin relating to starters and leavers, recruitment and selection, onboarding etc...
Dealing with all of the admin relating to starters and leavers
Organising and coordinating all admin activities relating to recruitment and selection
Dealing with all admin relating to onboarding
Extending job offers and arranging relevant paperwork
Checking right to work documents
Sending out reference requests
Organising and setting up inductions
Updating various trackers
