Our client offers Facilities Services and is focused on delivering customer centred, value-adding reactive and planned FM services to blue-chip multi-site customers and in critical environments across a number of sectors including; residential, healthcare, retail, and leisure. they self-deliver passive fire protection, Joinery and M&E services during the build phase, supported by a long established and dedicated integrated supply chain.

They are looking for a Contract Support for the Helpdesk Team reporting into the Commercial Manager.

Accountabilities:

Managing the approval of all subcontractor invoices and ensuring that they are kept at a controlled level
Ensuring that as a business they are achieving Planned, Reactive and Quoted Works
Managing subcontractors to ensure that they are working to agreed rates
Key Tasks of Contract Support:-

Approval of subcontractor invoices
Parts pricing on client portals - External Clients
Invoicing for works completed - Internal Clients
Chasing of subcontractor invoices
Collating and submitting to Clients for approval -Quoted Works
Raising and closing invoice queries with subcontractors
Resolving pricing issues with Clients
Producing weekly and monthly reports to the Management Team
Contractor and Client Meetings
Out of Hours - on call rota (evenings and weekends and usually 1 in every 4 weeks with a cash incentive)
Person Specification of Contract Support:-

Strong communication skills
Able to work in a busy, fast paced environment and be part of the Helpdesk Team
Enjoys working with numbers and understands margins
Previous experience of Facilities Services - Experience in supply chain management
Experience in office 365 - Word, Power Point, Excel
