Role Profile
Cast UK have been instructed by an exciting e-commerce customer to recruit a Business Process Analyst for their office based in Chester. This role will be working with a dynamic team within a business that values technology and its impact in delivering process improvement.
Within this role you will be asked to target specific areas for improvement across various business functions and will work alongside the Business Process and Logistics Process managers in identifying and targeting the highest priority areas of focus. You will also have a responsibility to identify areas of improvement under your own initiative.
Key responsibilities:
Enable the company to deliver significant growth targets by supporting the business teams in maximising the day-to-day efficiency of processes.
Play a key role in the implementation of technical projects across all areas of the business, by analysing and documenting existing processes and implementing new ones.
Support the Technology Department and wider business with software implementations, changes and issues.
Work closely with the training department to deliver process change and take a lead role in implementing new processes.
Skills & Experience:
Process improvement and change management experience in a similar industry, whether in a business analyst role or as a department head, with a focus on driving the business to deliver an exceptional customer experience.
Ability to document problems, processes, solutions, project documents, process maps and business cases to help stakeholders make good decisions.
Effective motivator and communicator, with the ability to collaborate closely with departments across the business in understanding current or desired process and engage colleagues in process change/implementation.
Confident with extracting and manipulating data to generate business insight
Logical and analytical approach
Excellent stakeholder management skills
Resilient and calm under pressure
