Conference & Events Operations Manager
Location: Salford Quays, M50 3AZ
Salary: GBP29,912.93 plus staff benefits
Contract: Full time, Permanent
The Lowry is a visual and performing arts venue situated at the heart of MediaCityUK, one of the world's most exciting culture and media destinations.
Located within The Lowry is the esteemed Hospitality department where there is currently an exciting opportunity to join the team as a Conference & Events Manager.
Working across the various hospitality areas in The Lowry the successful candidate will ensure the highest levels of customer care both internally and to external clients, establishing strong relationships throughout and meeting business objectives to maximise sale opportunities and profits.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication, customer care and people and performance management skills. In addition, they should have knowledge of the industry and ensure the department achieves consistently high standards of customer service.
