Performance Manager - Homebased
Our client is looking for a highly motivated experienced performance manager to join them and their team of 20. Within this role you will be part of a wider team supporting the organisation by immersing yourself in the end to end process and management information to ensure high performance focus across all key business areas.
You will work with Senior Managers across the business to support them in their requests but will also need to be able to work autonomously and finding opportunities across the business.
Please note that this role is homebased.
Day to day your duties will include:
Identify opportunities for improvement in performance against SLAs and / or productivity through the account.
Engage with key stakeholders across the business to better understand the delivery taking places and the challenges being faced within it.
Reporting of all activity plans back to the leadership team as and when required.
Work on bespoke and specific projects as the role requiresTo be successful in this role you will have previous performance management experience or have worked as a resource manager in a fast-paced environment previously. You will have high attention to detail and have been successful in meeting SLA/KPI requirements.
