Payroll Manager Hybrid working - (3 days office)

My client seeks an experienced Payroll Manager with a sound knowledge of ADP systems and international payroll experience.

Global responsibility for payroll operations and financial reporting on employee costs and associated benefits
All Finance duties for payroll and expenses.
Set up international offices in line with Corporate Objectives, including recruitment, contracts and employee welfare. Review current payroll and benefit processes and change if needed.
Process the UK and Overseas payrolls via:
ADP iHCM, SDWorx, BDO, Masader, Inter-Trust, SDWorx, BJE and EY.
Responsible for the data entry, accuracy and integrity of the payroll function.
Responsible for the Management Accounting function of the payroll & benefits
Responsible for the maintenance and reporting of payroll information into
IFS
Ensure statutory and audit requirement is met e.g. P45's, P11D's, RTI
Ability to meet deadlines for Payroll, Treasury and Payments
Expenses - Administration & Payments - via the expense online system.
Responsible for adding new employees into IFS and assigning a cost centre (UK & Overseas)
Updating and publishing the monthly organisation chart on the intranet
Third-party payments - Union / GAYE / Attachment orders
Annual Payroll Projects - General Awards / Bonus Calculations and Payment / Annual Leave Accruals
Administration & control of the company bonus/commission schemes and payments
Administration & control of expense claims, in conjunction with the travel & expense policy
Responsible for updating IFS / Employee expense form with new starters (UK & Overseas)
Administration / control & payments of Company Season Ticket Loans
Pension - Payments and dealing with auto-enrolment
Tax year end - RTI Returns / P60's
Checking and authorising of the Singapore & Netherlands salary payments, via online banking
Ad hoc tasks as required by management.
Responsible for the processing of information into IFS and to Management Accounts, by deadline, on the following:

Responsibilities will include
New Engagements/Leaver Process (UK & Overseas)
Benefits Administration: AXA PPP, Health-Shield, Childcare Vouchers, Pension Scheme, Legal & General, Cycle to work
scheme, Travel club, Season Ticket Loans.
Company Cars / Fleet Administration / Private Cars on company business
Support and advise managers on day to day employee issues, ranging from pay comparisons to disciplinary issues.
Assist employees with queries on work and welfare subjects.
Keep strict deadlines on payroll issues and ensure there are clear updates on any outstanding issues before leaving each day.
Ensure office procedures are kept clear and easy to follow, i.e. HR Handbook, filing, etc.
Deputise and assist the HR Manager.

Other tasks associated with the above functions, in particular, special projects as directed by senior management
