My client is looking to recruit an organised and competent Property & Facilities Co-ordinator / Administrator to join their organisation
This is a full time permanent role with potential if preferred for slightly reduced hours.
The role will require travel from West Cornwall to East Devon. We anticipate 1 day travelling per week though this could fluctuate from time time to time and depending on the needs of the business.
You will be overseeing the smooth running of property matters for this healthcare organisation which will include a number of varied admin co-ordinator tasks.
Package:
* Monday to Friday ( occasional out of hours duties - hours would be given back in lieu)
* GBP12ph per hour depending on experience ( GBP23,500 per annum)
* Permanent contract
* Ongoing career and training prospects

Responsibilities:
* Finding, negotiating, equipping properties in Cornwall & Devon
* Maintaining suitable records and checks of properties and inventory
* Arranging any necessary maintenance
* Assisting in the settling in of out of area staff, eg arranging initial logistics and appointments with relevant organisations, orientation with offices/branches, general pastoral care
* Maintaining car database
* Maintaining phone database
* Ad hoc admin duties as requested by the Director or Nominated individual
Requirements:
* Previous strong administrative / secretarial experience, highly advantageous if property admin / lettings / tenancy experience
* Excellent communication and inter-personal skills
* Competent and confident using computers on a daily basis
* Able to work well under pressure
* Confident working on own initiative
* Driving license and own transport and happy to travel throughout Cornwall and Devon when needed for work purposes (expenses paid for this)
