ACCOUNTS ASSISTANT - Round Spinney, Northampton
Knowledge of Excel required.
Bespoke Order and Accounting systems to be fully trained
Attention to detail essential
Duties:
Administrative tasks such as filing and scanning
Opening New Sales Leger and Purchase Ledger Accounts
Processing Purchase Ledger Payment on the accounting system
Collating and processing Purchase Ledger Invoices
Dealing with customer enquiries and queries
Assisting with Month end reporting
Analyzing Duty Deferment Invoices
Assisting with Credit Control
Supporting the accounts team with other varied additional duties
Working 8.30am to 5.00pm Monday to Friday with a 45-minute lunchbreak
20 days annual holiday
