We are currently recruiting for a Part- time Administrator, for a national client of ours based in Canvey Island, Essex. The role is office-based and involves providing administrative support to ensure efficient operation of our clients Terminal - Reporting directly to the Admin Supervisor.

Job Title: Part-time administrator

Reports to: Admin Supervisor

Location: Canvey Terminal, Canvey Island

Salary: GBP12 p/h

Hours: Wednesday- Friday, from 8:30am - 4:30pm

Availability: Immediate start date

General Purpose & Requirements

The role will primarily be compromised of:

Stock Administration / inventory control
Administering the purchase order process
Processing invoices
Filing
Calendar management
Dealing with queries
Visitor management
Database management

Key Skills, Experience & Knowledge

EXPERIENCE

Past Admin Assistant experience essential

KEY ROLE SKILLS

Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Programmers (Outlook, Excel, Teams etc.)
Writes and speak with ease
Strong organisational and planning skills
Attention to detail

PERSONAL SKILLS

Use own initiative
To be able to work individually or as part of a team

You would at fist be to joining the team for 6 months, however there is the potential that this will be extended to an on-going role.
