Barker Ross is currently recruiting for a Resourcer to join the friendly team in Peterborough. Due to continuous growth this is a great time to join! All level of experience welcome as full training will be given. We offer support and training in order for you to progress through your career.
As a Recruitment Resourcer you will be required to work alongside other team members to build upon our existing candidate and client base.
Duties to include:
Reviewing and processing applications
Building relationships with candidates on our database and keeping them informed of all job opportunities
Updating the database and adding candidates to online portals
Administrative tasks - creating and posting adverts onto job boards
Reception duties - meeting and greeting candidates
Registering new candidates
Dealing with incoming calls to the office
Copying and scanning documents Person Specification:
Computer skills - word, excel and e-mail
Good communication skillsSalary woul be discussed during the interview proccessed.
