No experience is needed as full training will be provided!
The perks:
* Permanent Contract with Sitel representing Flybe
* GBP10.39 per hour
* Full time, opening hours Monday to Friday 10am to 6pm, Saturday 8am to 4pm and Sunday 10am to 6pm. Working 1 in 3 weekends with days off in the week when you do!

The role:
* Liaising with customers via phone and email to answer travel queries.
* Dealing with Inbound Enquiries.
* Making outbound calls to make alternative arrangements where necessary.
* Amending bookings.
What we need from you in order to be successful?
* A willingness to learn new skills
* Be resilient when dealing with more challenging customers. But polite at the same time.
* Talking is your thing, enjoy building rapport with people
* A willingness to work with customers and solve their problems
