Service Supervisor

Wessex Lifts have nearly 50 years of experience helping our customers achieve mobility in their homes and business with our lift solutions, and we are proud to be able to help people and make a real impact by designing, manufacturing and maintaining lifting equipment vital to their everyday life. We are now recruiting for a Service Supervisor to work in our Romsey office, supporting the Service Manager and office and field based staff.
Your Service Supervisor Role:
* Plan and prioritise work from field reports, insurance reports and customer contact
* Create letters and quotations for Customers
* Assist in ensuring vehicle stocks are maintained
* Assist in compiling and presenting KPI reports
* Assist in planning and coordinating training for field staff
* Support out of hours escalation function
* Attend contract meetings with our customers
* Offer technical support and fault finding guidance
Our Ideal Service Supervisor Candidate:
* Professional manner and excellent communication skills
* Previous supervisory experience
* Technical field engineering background
* Ability to interpret engineering drawings and electrical schematic drawings and give advice
* Computer literate with a good working knowledge of MS Office and other office based systems
* Commercial awareness
* Good health and safety knowledge
