TEMPORARY TECHNICAL MANAGER - RESIDENTIAL DEVELOPMENT - WATFORD - GBP350 PER DAY
Potensis are currently working with a residential developer, who specialises in producing complex housing and apartment projects. They're an award-winning 5-star housebuilder who have won several industry awards in recent years. They are now looking for a temporary Technical Manager to help with the increase in work for 6 months with the opportunity go permanent.
They are looking for someone to lead the technical management of a housing project where you will oversee a team of coordinators. Your main role would be to provide technical and design input from inception to completion. Additionally, make sure technical and design aspects of development is delivered on time and on budget.
It is important to have previous residential experience with either a housing developer or main contractor doing housing or apartment work.
