Supervisor for Sewing Machine Department
South of Peterborough
Salary GBP15.00 per hr DOE
We at Interaction Recruitment are recruiting on behalf of a local well established business.
Due to their continued growth and work load they are Urgently looking to recruit a Supervisor to support and work with Sewing Machinists setting up their new department within the business.
Hours will be Monday to Friday 7am - 16.00pm - with half hour lunch This is an ongoing position potentially leading to permanent.
Duties will include: Operating a standard sewing machines, using various fabrics including Canvas, Leather and PVC materials
Helping ensuring the department runs smoothly and supporting the other machinists
Candidates must have previous sewing machine experience with Supervisor experience and also have excellent verbal and written communication skills, being able to manufacture the product from drawing patterns and measurements.
