Role: Reporting Analyst (9mth FTC - Possibility To Go Perm)

Location: Remote

Salary: GBP30,000

Here at 83zero, we are partnered with a leading Data Giant who are leading the way within the FMCG and Retail space by working with some the UK's large brands.

Our client are currently setting up a project to on-board all of their clients to their new digital data platform, this is an exciting adventure which will lead to more profitability for both the client and their customers.

For this project, our client are recruiting for a Reporting Analyst to be involved in the full reporting process for the new programme roll-out, moving clients through the process of moving onto a new platform.

Our client are known for their incredible working environment and flexible, they have also asked us to mention that even though this is a FTC there a high chance for this role to be made perm.

Main role responsibilities:

Lead client engagement sessions. Talk through what reporting is available and answer key business questions.
Documenting setup specifications. Ensuring the specifications meets the reporting requirements
Analysing data to ensure it meets requirements.
Involved in the setup of reports in the new platform. Quality controls to ensure reports are setup and functioning correctly as per the specification.
Effective time management, to coordinate between different clients during tranche roll outs, ensuring on-time and correct delivery
Working collaboratively with various teams/departments
Providing detailed step-by-step documentation for the setup of reports in project and handover to the BAU team

Skills Required:

Has relevant experience of working with complex databases and has experience of using bespoke reporting tools to generate custom reporting
Strong team player fostering strong working relationships across teams and departments
Self-motivated, accountable and committed, with well-developed decision-making skills
Strong presence with the ability to lead, influence and motivate
Excellent organisational skills, with ability to manage complex and conflicting client requirements or multiple tasks/projects
Flawless communication and interpersonal skills; a high standard of both written and spoken English
Excellent IT Skills, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
Inquisitive nature to solve problems, ask questions and ensure a high level of detail
