Our client is a dynamic & innovative, national construction group constructed of 14+ divisions across civils, build and the built environment allowing them to offer a full turnkey service under one roof and are ever expanding.

Our client is looking for a Formwork Repair Supervisor to join our Formwork Department based in their Peterborough Yard. This fast-paced role will require you to have experience within a similar role and great attention to detail.

Roles and Responsibilities:

Managing a maintenance team of 17
Oversee the repair and maintenance of Formwork and Non-Mechanical items
Manage day to day maintenance operations such as Grinding, Painting and Water jetting
Achieving workload targets
Manage a steady workflow and assist with forward planning of work
Ensure items are repaired to a hireable condition
Health and Safety Risks Assessments and Safety Checks
Address training requirements for staff
Skills and Qualities:

The ideal candidates will have knowledge and on hand experience within a similar role in building/maintenance
General product knowledge in Formwork systems such as Peri, Hunnebeck, Haki, RMD
Hold a full UK Driving Licence
Productivity and Workload management
Ability to manage a team
Experienced in using Microsoft Outlook Packages

This is a permanent role, working hours Monday - Friday 7am - 5pm with a one-hour break.
