Brookwood are working with one of the leading Housebuilders in the UK who are looking to add a Customer Care Administrator to the team.

This would be on a temp basis at first with a view to going permanent should they prove suitable. Annual wage of GBP26,500, Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm at our divisional office in West Malling

They must have experience in this kind of role dealing with property defects.

Duties and Responsibilities:

* Update and maintain the relevant Customer Care bespoke 'Dynamics' system. Logs and spreadsheets.

* Responsible for any queries, issues or defects raised by old / legacy developments (properties out of warranty), ensuring the customer is kept up to date throughout until completed.

* Co-ordinate schedule of works for their raised defect for the Customer Care Operatives, Assistant Customer Care Manager and any jobs requiring several contractors to attend together.

* Confident in proactively chasing underperforming contractors to close out their works. Ensuring they are carried out with in their contractual obligations and timescales. Arrange contra-charges where necessary.

* Arrange works required for stock plots as and when received via the onsite sales team.

* Provide administration support for the Department, such as, collate site paperwork, uploading surveys, electronic filing etc.

* Assist in the liaising between sub-contractors and customer when works require more than one contractor to attend.

* Liaise with the Buying department - order materials as and when required, maintaining materials log.

* Update weekly reports and customer care notice boards.

* Ensure calls and emails received into the Department are answered professionally and courteously, with all issues being logged appropriately.

* To carry out any other reasonable tasks in accordance with operational needs as requested by your manager.
