Fabricator

RMS are recruiting for Semi Skilled Fabricators for an excellent opportunity to join a market leader in the design and manufacture of engineered products in Stockton on Tees.

This is a long term temporary position with the potential of going permanent.

The main duties for the role are-

Select gauge and type of sheet metal such as stainless steel, mild steel, aluminium, titanium or non-metallic material such as fibrous insulation according to product specifications.
Setting up and layout and mark dimensions and reference on material to develop and trace patterns of product or parts or uses templates.
Shape metal material using jigs and fixtures.
Trim, file, grind, deburr, buff and smooth surfacesDay shift:- 7:30am - 4:15pm Monday to Thursday with a 11:30am finish on a Friday.

Pay rate - GBP12.68 an hour
