We are urgently looking for an experienced ADMINISTRATOR to join our growing logistics team working within a busy office environment based in Ipswich. Salary will depend entirely on experience and is anticipated to be in the region of GBP20,000 to GBP25,000.

As the ADMINISTRATOR within this company, you will:

* Log shipment accurately onto the inhouse tracking system

* Track deliveries in transit

* Process transport paperwork

* Produce weekly updates and status reports

* Be a first point of contact for logistics related queries

* Work closely with the Operations, Sales & Transport teams

The successful ADMINISTRATOR will be able to demonstrate the following key skills and experience:

* Strong and broad based admin skills

* Outstanding attention to detail, accuracy and deadlines

* Highly computer literate particularly with databases, spreadsheets and in house systems

* A confident communicator at all levels; face to face, via phone & in writing

* Previous transport, logistics or shipping experience would be advantageous
